Legal Notice and Terms of Use

This Legal Notice governs the use of the ObraTime application, in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

2. Purpose

ObraTime is a professional tool for working-time recording, per-project time tracking and invoicing. Access is by company invitation; there is no public sign-up. The application is intended for adults within an employment or professional relationship.

3. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to use the application diligently, to safeguard their access credentials and not to share them. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter. Use of the application for unlawful purposes, or in any way that could damage the systems of the provider or third parties, is prohibited.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The software, the ObraTime brand, the design and the content of the application belong to the provider or its licensors. No intellectual or industrial property right over the application is granted beyond the right of use necessary for the stated purpose.

5. Disclaimer of warranties (“as is”)

The application is provided “as is” and “as available”. The provider does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that time calculations and location data will be accurate at all times. It is for the user company to verify the records and to ensure compliance with its own legal obligations in labour and tax matters.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application. The provider's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amounts actually paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Girona, Spain, unless applicable law provides for another mandatory forum.
